The daughter of a musician, Stephanie Barnes performed her first song, God Bless America, at the age of three. From that time on, she’s been bringing smiles to crowds. Today, she’s seeing lots of them for her stellar performance at Grizzaffi Darby.

While completing an internship at the University of North Texas, Stephanie discovered a passion for the human resources field. After graduating with a B.B.A. in Finance, she put it to work immediately as a Retirement and Benefits Administrator with Fidelity Investments, working with companies such as Microsoft, Ford, Bank of America, Starbucks, and Coach Handbags. She later advanced her career as a Benefits Analyst for Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. where she boosted employee morale by hosting their first ever benefits fair.

Today, Stephanie continues to bring passion and great ideas to her work at Grizzaffi Darby. Additionally, she’s pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources and Health Care Management. Her passion for music continues and as all of her coworkers can attest, she’s still a crowd pleaser in all she does.
