DuVal West has a gift for bringing order to complex, fast-moving situations. You can see it in the way he has officiated football games for 30 years all the way from high school, to major college bowl games. You can also see it in the way he brings calmness and order to the fast-changing world of benefits.

DuVal attended Tarleton State University. He’s also a graduate of the Life Underwriters Training Council and the Southwest CUNA Management School. Before joining Grizzaffi Darby, he worked with the marketing firm The Crouch Group in Denton and previously served as Director of Marketing for DATCU Credit Union. Since 2007, as a Grizzaffi Darby Benefits Consultant, DuVal directs sales and manages small group benefits for companies with less than 20 employees.

DuVal is the greatest source for anything Denton, Texas. He is a graduate of Leadership Denton and has served on committees for the Denton Chamber of Commerce, Denton ISD, and the Kiwanis Club. DuVal was named a Denton Community Rising Star in 1999 by the Denton Chamber of Commerce. You can currently find DuVal serving as treasurer of the Greater Denton Sports Commission and as a football official in the Sun Belt Conference.
