Dee Eller is a life-long cheerleader. Whether watching the high school teams around her home of Little Elm, Texas or doing rigorous research into a compliance issue, you can see passion in the way she approaches every aspect of life.

After 15 years of employee benefit services experience, Dee brings a unique blend of knowledge to the Grizzaffi Darby team. From Senior Claims Examiner for a Third Party Administrator, to Marketing Analyst and Account Manager for independent brokerage firms, she has kept up with the ever-changing demands of the industry.

Dee currently manages and coordinates the day-to-day administration of our employer sponsored benefit plans. Her proactive leadership, coupled with her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, lead to seamless client service and she is a dedicated contact for our clients’ human resource personnel—working diligently to address their questions.

Dee attended Texas Tech University. She is a Chartered Benefit Consultant, is certified in Medical Terminology, and is a licensed Life and Health insurance agent. She and her husband of 26 years are also enjoying a new-found passion. Grandchildren!
