To say that Garry Mize has an enduring and tireless work ethic is an understatement. His idea of a good time is to go out for a two-mile swim… followed by a nice brisk hundred-mile bike ride… capped off with a 26-mile run. So whether racing in a triathlon or chasing down the right retirement plan for a client’s business, you know Garry will finish strong.

Since his studies in Business Administration and his two-sport career (go figure) at Southern Nazarene University, Garry has been a top performer for major financial companies like Morgan Stanley, Axa Advisors, Fidelity, and Chase. Garry is also a Registered Representative and an Investment Advisor of NFP Securities.

New to Grizzaffi Darby in 2009, his investment background offers key experience for retirement planning and he has transitioned to group health, life, and disability as seamlessly as he changes from a bike to running shoes.

Outside of work, Garry remains predictably active. He married just a three months before joining Grizzaffi Darby and enjoys traveling with family and friends. As for his penchant for pushing himself to the limit, Garry is currently training to qualify for another triathlon and marathon. Go Garry!
