Kim Rowley comes from a large, close-knit family. She has 21 cousins on her mother’s side alone. And even with so many, they never miss a birthday and always have time together for the holidays. Kim’s understanding of what makes a family work makes her a perfect fit for Grizzaffi Darby and the benefits industry.

Kim graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Public Justice and Psychology from SUNY Oswego in Central New York and worked in law enforcement and education before moving to Texas with her husband Eric. Searching for the right professional fit in Texas, she went to work for a benefits broker in Dallas and quickly qualified as a licensed insurance agent in the State of Texas for General Lines Life and Health.

Now part of the growing Grizzaffi Darby team, Kim enjoys learning all there is to know about the benefits industry. In her free time, Kim enjoys training for marathons, spending time with her husband, attending sporting events, and playing with their new Chesapeake Bay retriever puppy named Gehrig. Can you tell that Kim and her husband are Yankee fans? And, of course, she stays pretty busy keeping up with all the birthdays in the Grizzaffi Darby family.
