A lot of folks will tell you they enjoy traveling. When you ask Travis Shelton what he enjoys, he says traveling and planning the next big trip. Some say the journey is the reward. For Travis, apparently, even the planning of the journey is the reward. And that’s great for our clients!

Planning or staying ahead of the game, is key in account management. That’s why Travis is so good at his job with Grizzaffi Darby. He joined us in 2006 already with account management experience from two large preferred provider organizations and a national third-party administrator. The experience provided in these positions helped him transition easily to Grizzaffi Darby where he brought a strong focus on service and client retention. Beginning at implementation and following throughout the year, Travis works closely with his clients on all aspects of daily management to include service, strategic planning, and renewal/open enrollment support and delivery.

Travis is a graduate of Baylor University with a B.A. in Communications and is a licensed insurance agent. He lives in Frisco with his wife and daughter. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their daughter and, of course, not only traveling but also planning the next big trip.
