Darrin came to Grizzaffi Darby with 13 years experience leading sales teams in the benefits industry at Aflac and with Allstate Workplace Division where his area of focus was voluntary benefits. Throughout his career, Darrin has been singled out and recognized time and time again for exceptional results and outstanding sales achievement.

An avid traveler, Darrin is someone who really values the personal time he spends with family and friends. Although he calls Dallas home today, he has lived in places as diverse as the U.S. Virgin Islands, New York City, and San Francisco. He credits those experiences with the ability to relate to many different types of individuals and business situations. He’s also passionate about providing clients with compelling, solid employee benefit solutions and getting things right the first time.
