Susan Williams is a tireless advocate. She has spent the past 20 years making sure customers or clients get what they need, the way they need it.

Prior to joining Grizzaffi Darby in 2002, Susan spent 13 years in Customer Service and Sales Support for a national manufacturing company, an experience that helped her develop tireless attention to detail, diligent follow-through, and an understanding that clients are the greatest asset.

Today, Susan stresses personal service and diligently addresses the needs associated with managing each client’s insurance program. She works closely with each company’s human resource department to assist with billing, eligibility, and administrative issues. She also works as a liaison between a client’s employees, the insurance carriers, and the providers to research and resolve claim issues.

Susan attended the University of Oklahoma. Shortly after, she was swept off her feet by her husband, Jeff (now of 22 years!). She cherishes spending time with Jeff and their two daughters – Kayla, in college, and Lauryn, in high school. Susan enjoys shopping, scrapbooking, and sewing; but more than anything else, she loves high school football and all things OU Sooners!
